Is there a cost associated with messaging users on the platform?
Yes, we have designed our platform to ensure you receive high-quality personalized attention from the finest of people, we will refer to this individuals as 'partners'. To maintain the value of their support and ongoing availability of the partners there is a fee associated with messaging them.
How much is the fee?
The fee is set by each individual providing the service. The messaging fees will always be clearly displayed before you initiate a conversation with someone.
How does the platform ensure that partners provide focused attention to users?
Our platform is designed to prioritize quality interactions and maintain the high level of attention you deserve. To achieve this, we limit partners to a maximum of 3 active conversations at any given time. This approach helps minimize potential distractions and ensures that the partner can dedicate their full attention to addressing your needs effectively.
How can I tell when a conversation session has ended?
To maintain clear communication, our platform provides notifications whenever a session is concluded. If the person you were chatting with decides to end the session, a dialog pop-up will appear on your screen to inform you of this event. Similarly, if you choose to end the session, that person will be notified as well. This ensures that both parties are aware of the session status and can manage their messaging interactions accordingly.
What happens if a partner changes their messaging fee mid-conversation?
Our platform has measures in place to prevent sudden fee changes during an ongoing conversation. Users must first explicitly end all their active sessions before they can modify their messaging fees. If you have previously interacted with a user and they've changed their fees since your last conversation, you will receive a notification informing you of the updated fee. You can then choose to accept the new fee and continue the conversation, or reject it if you prefer not to proceed.
What happens if the person I messaged does not reply?
We understand the importance of timely responses from users you message. In the event that a user doesn't reply to your initial message, rest assured that you will not be charged the messaging fee. The fee only applies once the partner responds to your first message, establishing a conversation session. These messages have an expiration time and if the partner does not reply in a timely manner there will be no charge for the initial message. During this session, you will be charged for each message you send, but you have full control over the conversation and both can choose to end it at any time.
What happens if a partner initiates the conversation?
You will never be charged for messages you don't send yourself, but If you reply to a message then a session is established and you will be charged for each message you send.
When does a session end?
You can end the session at any time in the conversation menu, the user is also able to do this but he's not compelled to do this since the user has no conversation limit, so it is recommended that the partner keeps an eye on active conversations.
