Terms of Use

Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform "Zlide" which connects user parties for messaging-based interactions. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

By using our messaging app, you agree to be bound by (i) these Terms of Use, (ii) our Privacy Policy and you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this app. By creating a profile, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • You are not barred from using the service under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction
  • You will comply with this agreement and all applicable laws

Account Creation

By creating an account, you agree to store conversations and authentication information, as well as any other form of cache required by the application, in your device. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials. If you think someone has gained access to your account, please immediately contact us.

SMS Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Zlide LLC, offers Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Account Notifications through SMS to enhance the security of user accounts. You will receive an SMS only when 2FA verification is requested through sign-in. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP to this message for assistance with 2FA. Reply STOP to this message to opt-out of 2FA through SMS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of Service

Our messaging app is designed to connect and deliver messages to other users as long as the user balance allows. You agree to have one or all of your Instagram username, your Twitter username, your LinkedIn username, your Tiktok username or both displayed when users tap on your profile picture.

User Accounts and Credits

To access the features of the Platform, users must create an account and purchase credits. Credits are required for initiating messaging sessions with other users. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are responsible for any activities that occur under their account.

Messaging Fees

Messaging with partners on the Platform incurs a fee, which will be clearly displayed before initiating a conversation. Users will not be charged until the expert replies to their first message, after which a session is created, and users are charged per message sent during that session.

No Guarantee of Results

While the Platform aims to connect users together, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any consultation or messaging session.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform

The Platform is not responsible for the behavior, actions, or decisions of its users, including both parties. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with one another and for any consequences resulting from their use of the Platform. We encourage users to exercise caution and discretion when engaging with others on the Platform. If you encounter any issues or concerns related to the behavior of another user, please report the matter to our customer support team for review. However, the Platform does not assume any responsibility or liability for the conduct of its users, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information provided by anyone during messaging sessions.

User Conduct

You agree to not:

  • Send bad language or offensive words, upload offensive or sensitive material that includes violence, nudity, or hate, harass or extort other users, or impersonate anyone else
  • Use the Service or any content contained in the Service for any commercial purposes without our written consent
  • Copy, modify, transmit, create any derivative works from, make use of, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, images, trademarks, trade names, service marks, or other intellectual property, content or proprietary information accessible through the Service without Zlide's prior written consent
  • Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by Zlide
  • Use any robot, bot, spider, crawler, scraper, site search/retrieval application, proxy or other manual or automatic device, method or process to access, retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents
  • Use the Service in any way that could interfere with, disrupt or negatively affect the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Service
  • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Service
  • "Frame" or "mirror" any part of the Service without Zlide's prior written authorization
  • Use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to Zlide or the Service (or any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo or slogan of Zlide) to direct any person to any other website for any purpose
  • Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Service, or cause others to do so
  • Use or develop any third-party applications that interact with the Service or other members' Content or information without our written consent
  • Use, access, or publish the Zlide application programming interface without our written consent
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our Service or any system or network
  • Encourage or promote any activity that violates this Agreement

Prohibition of Sexual Content and Dating-Related Use

Our platform is dedicated to enabling meaningful, non-romantic conversations. As such, we strictly prohibit the use of our service for any sexual content or activities, as well as for dating or romantic purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing sexually explicit material, engaging in sexually suggestive conversations, or using the platform to seek romantic or sexual relationships. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all users, and any violation of this policy will result in appropriate actions, including account suspension or termination.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account if we believe that you have violated any of the conditions or behavior rules outlined in this agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on this page. Your continued use of the Service following such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
